6	Maharashtra	20.07.2015	5 years commencing from FY 2015-16 or achievement of 5000 MW additional capacity whichever is earlier.	02.04.2020	Generic Tariff has not been determined for wind power projects. Tariff shall be determined through competitive bidding process.	For FY 2020-21

8	Tamil Nadu			Tariff order dated 13.04.2018 was applicable upto 31.03.2020. TNERC vide its order dated 31.03.2020, extended the control period until further order.
9	Telangana	Draft policy 2016	Effective from date of notification to for a period of 5 years or till a new policy is issued.
