It is learnt that Ultra Tech Cement has launched India's first 7.5 MW on-site Hybrid Round-the-Clock (RTC) renewable energy project at its Sewagram Cement Works in Gujarat in partnership with Gentari. The project integrates solar power with trackers and wind energy, supported by battery storage, to provide uninterrupted, clean energy for the cement manufacturing process without relying on the power grid.
