It is learnt that Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the merger of Inox Wind Energy Limited (IWEL) with IWL. The merger aims to streamline the wind energy business of the INOXGFL Group and improve operational efficiencies.
